Join Adult Rec Head Coach Dave Morrison for a weekend of training in Wyandotte, MI. Your training schedule will include a ropes yoga session at RussaYog in Ann Arbor on Saturday afternoon (2 pm), a couple of hours in the rowing tank at WBC on Saturday evening (5-7 pm), and more tank time on Sunday morning (10 am - 12 pm).

The cost is $50 and can be paid online or via check (made out to GRRA) mailed to the club's PO Box by March 1. Costs for hotel, transportation, and food are not included.
