Did you know that rowing utilizes 83% of your muscles? It's one of the best full body workouts and, when you row with Grand Rapids Rowing Club, you get to row with the best people in GR and you receive excellent coaching.
This season, our weekday rowing sessions will be evening sessions. We will meet from 7:30 - 9:00pm Monday - Thursday. Wednesday nights will be Open time from 5 - 9pm. On Saturdays, we will offer class from 8 - 10am. You'll receive excellent coaching on technique, power, and speed. Workouts are set to your experience and fitness level.
New Members: Come to your first session. It's FREE! If you decide to sign up, pay for a 10 Class Pack onsite - 10 classes (1 1/2-2 hours each) for $100. Class Packs will be good through March 28, 2020.
Adult Rowing Members: Each week, sign up on Slack via #winterconditioning. Team workouts and coached workouts will be available. Be sure to sign up early, as there are only 12 slots each night.
