Rowing is fun when you row with the Grand Rapids adult crew. Amy West LTR 103 session. Amy is highly experienced in coaching and coxing, is encouraging and she makes learning fun! Our LTR 103 class is a special Weekend Edition of our rowing session. This 5-week session is split into 2 learning pods. The first 2 weekends (12 hours)  will be spent exclusively with the LTR 103 rowers. For the 2nd 3 weeks, participants will be rowing with the Recreational Rowing team and will gain a lot of skill by honing technique with experienced rowers. We highly encourage all LTR participants to continue rowing on M/W nights (6-8pm) and Saturday mornings (8-10am) with Coach Dave Morrison and our very encouraging and fun crew.

Please wear workout clothes that are close fitting and bring a water bottle to each practice. For your feet, socks and sneakers are best. Only high winds, thunder or lightning will prevent us from rowing. Thursday, June 20 will be our Boathouse Regatta: Club Social. Please plan on rowing and sharing a picnic with the club!

IMPORTANT: All participants will need to read, print, and bring this (signed) waiver to the first session! We must have a signed waiver from you in order to place you in a boat!
