Calling all rowers - new and experienced. Jump start your erg skills before the spring rowing season or learn to master the erg at the gym. We will focus on proper erg technique, the slide, the catch, the drive and recovery, strength training, stroke rates and improving your “split time”.
Two 3-week classes are offered in the morning or evening. Register for any individual class or take both back-to-back to level-up your erg game.
3-weeks, 2 sessions per week
Tuesdays and Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30pm
