Grand Rapids Crew is for young men and women 9th to 12th grades (7th and 8th graders based on coaches' approval) from public, parochial, charter and home schools in the Grand Rapids area.

There are three crew seasons, fall, winter training and spring, and summer. Athletes can participate in one, two or all three seasons. Grand Rapids crews participate in regattas throughout the Midwest. No experience is needed; all beginners receive basic rowing technique instruction.

The training is rigorous. The camaraderie is outstanding. The support is superb. The effort is well worth it. The reward is great.

All are welcome to participate in the ultimate team sport.
