Learn to master the erg in our 3-week classes. Jump start your erg skills before the spring rowing season or learn to master the erg at the gym. We will focus on proper erg technique, the slide, the catch, the drive and recovery, strength training, stroke rates and improving your “split time”. Two 3-week classes are offered in the morning or evening sessions. Register for any individual class or take both back-to-back to level-up your erg game.
Rowing on the ergometer is a great way to stay in shape, practice the rowing stroke, and keep at the top of your game during the winter months. “Erging" is also great for learning the rowing stroke before rowing on the water. Personalized instruction is provided in each session, which is good for beginners, intermediate or advanced rowers. No prior experience is required.
