Community wellness through rowing

Grand Rapids Rowing Association (GRRA) has launched a new health and fitness program for Grand Rapids area students, grades 8-12, called G-Row. G-Row is a free program offered in the Spring and Fall. The program provides youth with self-confidence, self-discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership development in a safe, constructive environment. By offering this program for free, we hope to offer these benefits to all students, regardless of family income.

G-Row includes:

  • Beginner program in Spring and Fall seasons
  • Swim classes in partnership with Grand Rapid Community College
