Participants will be coached in a variety sweep and sculling shells, which is intended to improve rowing skills so that certified members will be able to row on their own or with other members in the absence of coaches. All participants in the rec rowing class will also receive a t-shirt!
The adult recreational rowing class is replacing the open rowing sessions that were offered in 2009.
Session I meets every Wednesday evening from July 21 to August 18, 2010. Entry in the Recreational category at a local regatta on August 21 is encouraged but totally optional!
