Back by popular demand, we are pleased to offer two Beginner Indoor Rowing classes this winter. Classes are intended for those with little to no rowing experience who want to learn how to effectively use the indoor rower for a great low-impact, full-body workout, as well as those wanting a refresher. The class is a useful intro for those rowing to cross-train for other sports, or as an intro to outdoor rowing in the summer. Come dressed to row (shorts & t-shirt)!

Your instructor will be Dustin Ordway, GRRA coach and author of the indoor rowing book "Row Daily, Breathe Deeper, Live Better" for a four-session class at the YWCA in downtown Grand Rapids. Locker rooms are available at the YWCA, and parking is available on the street or in nearby parking lots.

Classes meet 7:30 - 9:00 pm on Tuesday evenings.

Attendance is limited! Register now to hold your place.
$64/non-members, $48/members or multiple class registrations

Section I meets 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, and 1/31.
