Our summer session for Learn To Row gives new rowers a great chance to learn and practice during the warm Michigan days. This class will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm. This is a 5 week class culminating in a mini-regatta at our boathouse. The coach for this session is David Lemmenes, who has a high school rower and an experienced coach with our club. Rowers in this class and encouraged to use their 2 week "Row Pass" to gain more experience with the adult recreational rowers. Excellent coaching continues with our recreational rowing coach, Dave Morrison. He has been in rowing for over 30 years and we've had the privilege of having him as a coach for over 4 years. Please wear close fitting workout clothes for each class and bring a water bottle, as it is important to stay hydrated. Only high winds, thunder or lightning will prevent us from rowing.

IMPORTANT: All participants will need to read, print, and bring this (signed) waiver to the first session! We must have a signed waiver from you in order to place you in a boat!
