Registration is closed

Rowing on the ergometer is a great way to stay in shape, practice the rowing stroke, and keep at the top of your game during the winter months. “Erging" is also great for learning the rowing stroke before rowing on the water. Personalized instruction is provided in each session, which is good for beginners, intermediate or advanced rowers. No prior experience is required.

Classes are available to the public, you do not need to be a Grand Rapids Rowing member or 8th Day Gym member to participate.

Class Schedule

January 25 through March 30

1 hour sessions are available every Monday and Wednesday at the following start times.

6am, 9am, Noon, 7pm

Cost

$75 for 5 sessions (non-GRRA members)
$65 for 5 sessions (GRRA members)
Complete 5 sessions and your 6th session is free.
Order online and pickup your punch card at your first session.
