It's the best-kept secret at the gym... the ergometer is a great way to stay in shape, practice the rowing stroke, and keep at the top of your game during the winter months.

The GRRA has several rowing machines (ergometers) available for member use, and rental in the off-season. Please contact a GRRA coach to set up a time for instruction, if needed! 

Rowing machines are also available to rent starting in late fall. Members, log in and check the member section to rent a machine... nonmembers can rent machines at $15/month. Fall 2012 erg rental is limited to members taking part in a club fundraiser. Members can pick up an erg during dock-out in early November. All machines must be returned to the club in early January!
