Kelsey Arnold Adult Learn to Row, Sculling

Kelsey rowed for Grand Valley State University from 2007-2011. She was captain her last two years, and served on the executive board her senior year. During the summers she has rowed out of Vesper boathouse in Philadelphia, and competed at the U23 National Team Selection Camp in Tennessee. She also traveled overseas to compete in the Henley Women’s Regatta in Henley, England in ’08 and ‘10. Her rowing accomplishments include two Dad Vail Golds in the Novice 8+ and Division I Varsity 8+, a Bronze in the Dad Vail Division I Varsity 8+, a Gold at Head of the Charles Collegiate 8+, and being named ACRA All-American first team for the past three years.
Kelsey recently graduated with a degree in Communications and currently lives in Grand Rapids with her sister and three cats. She was the head learn to row coach for both the novice adult sculling and sweep programs in 2011, and is excited to coach at GRRA and help others achieve their own rowing goals. She currently serves as the assistant women's coach for Grand Valley State's highly rated rowing team.
